Osceola Mayor Joe Harris Jr. says his priority is ensuring that residents have access to first-class EMS.

鈥淚 am very, very pleased, and look forward to working with Pafford,鈥 Harris said. 鈥淚 feel as if they are going to offer us a top-notch service.鈥

Harris said a single provider will simplify coordination for the city, but his priority is ensuring Osceola gets the best possible EMS, a standard he believes Pafford meets.

鈥淓verything that we can get, we want it here in Osceola. Pafford, being a first-class service, I know the citizens will be happy,鈥 he said.
