Fitch EMS Foundation announces 2025 scholarship recipients

Twenty EMS professionals have received Fitch EMS Foundation scholarships, selected from a record 313 applications

PLATTE CITY, Mo. 鈥 Twenty EMS professionals have been awarded scholarships, selected from a record-breaking 313 applications submitted by 139 individuals, highlighting the increasing demand for leadership development in EMS.

The scholarships cover various categories, including leadership mentoring, EMS-specific education, degree completion and membership fee waivers, according to the foundation.

The 2025 scholarship recipients are:

  • Kyle Burtch, Ambulance Service Manager (ASM) program scholarship
  • Nora Duran, Ambulance Service Manager (ASM) program scholarship
  • Greg Williams, Ambulance Service Manager (ASM) program scholarship, endowed by NinthBrain
  • Amelia Burr, Communication Center Manager (CCM) program scholarship
  • Arielle Romo, Communication Center Manager (CCM) program scholarship
  • Christina Snoots, Degree Completion scholarship
  • Shannon Dolbow, Frank Ehrmantraut, Derek Hillman, John Lansing, Patrick Naumann, Trisha Rademachir, Andrew Schifferli, Culver Van Vaerenberghe and Matthew Wilson, Fitch Leadership Mentoring Program scholarships
  • Dillon Brock, American College of Paramedic Executives (ACPE) scholarship
  • Christina Harmon, National Association of EMTs (NAEMT) scholarship
  • Robyn Manthey, National EMS Management Association (NEMSMA) membership waiver
  • Nicholas Wagner, Jack Stout EMS Fellowship, endowed by FirstWatch
  • Jess Delaney, James O. Page Legacy Scholarship, endowed by Hartwell Medical

Wagner and Delaney will begin their mentorship at the in Phoenix.

The Foundation awarded scholarships for the fourth year with support from partners and donors. Applications reopen in early 2026 at .
