Firefighter/Paramedic Jerry Guzman was assigned to Station 32 in Azusa

LOS ANGELES 鈥� The Los Angeles County Fire Department announced the active-duty death of Firefighter/Paramedic Jerry Guzman.

In a social media post, the department said Guzman鈥檚 last alarm was Aug. 15, and that he was most recently assigned to Fire Station 32 in Azusa.

Guzman served the L.A. County community for 23 years.
