Pinnacle session highlights
In the opening Keynote on July 15, Dr. Dan Dworkis, an ER physician and host of the popular The Emergency Mind Podcast, will share a unique perspective from the resuscitation bay, where he works shoulder-to-shoulder with EMS providers at the edge of crisis response.
With firsthand insight into the resilience and challenges EMS professionals bring to every shift, Dr. Dworkis invites leaders to explore what is timeless in EMS 鈥� the unchanging foundation of their mission 鈥� and what must evolve to meet the demands of an uncertain future.
On July 17, Lexipol Editorial Director Greg Friese, MS, NRP; and Fitch & Associates Senior Associate Fred Wurster will present on the results of the Fitch & Associates and SA国际传媒 What Paramedics Want in 2025 state-of-the-industry report in a session titled 鈥淓MS Trend Report: Insights and Implications for the Future.鈥�
In this session, Friese and Wurster will delve into how the key findings from the report impact the EMS workforce, patient care, technology adoption and system sustainability. Walk away with a deeper understanding of what lies ahead for the industry and strategies to navigate change effectively.
In the closing Keynote on July 17, Dr. Jen Hall will explore the growing expectation for leaders to adopt a coaching approach with their teams, especially in the profession of emergency services, where command-and-control leadership has historically dominated. Drawing on her work as an executive coach, Dr. Hall will introduce the Coaching Mindset Index (CMI), a framework designed to help leaders identify their default coaching style and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Attendees will learn about the four primary coaching styles, key coaching behaviors to increase effectiveness, and how to foster meaningful conversations with direct reports to boost performance and retention. This dynamic keynote session will provide practical tools for leaders to build stronger, more engaged teams and navigate the complexities of modern leadership.

Pinnacle Power Seminars include continental breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday as well as Tuesday afternoon sessions. A main conference registration includes all main conference sessions, continental breakfasts and lunches on Wednesday and Thursday as well as Friday Bonus Sessions.
